Proof of date of birth (any one)

  • Birth certificate
  • PAN card
  • School leaving / 10th certificate

Proof of identity

  • Aadhaar / voter ID / PAN
  • Any other government photo ID as accepted

Photographs

Carry recent passport-size photos that meet the exact specification shown on the Passport Seva portal. If you have a photo but it's the wrong size or too large to upload, fix it in seconds with our Passport Photo tool.

Always carry ORIGINAL documents to your PSK appointment — photocopies alone aren't accepted for verification.

Before your appointment

  • Make sure your name and date of birth match across all documents.
  • Compress large scans/PDFs so uploads don't fail — use our PDF Compressor.
  • Reach the Passport Seva Kendra on time with originals + one set of photocopies.
