Who is eligible?
General-category families (not covered by SC/ST/OBC reservation) whose family income and assets are within the notified EWS limits. The certificate confirms you meet those limits.

- Identity proof (Aadhaar)
- Address proof
- Family income proof (within the EWS limit)
- Land / asset details or self-declaration
- Ration card or other documents as per your state
How to apply
- Open your state's e-District / Revenue portal.
- Select 'EWS' / 'Income & Asset Certificate'.
- Enter your family income and asset details.
- Upload the required proofs and submit.
- After verification by the Revenue authority (Tehsildar / SDM), download the certificate.
