Go to the 'Instant e-PAN' section on the Income Tax e-filing portal (incometax.gov.in) if your PAN was issued via Aadhaar e-KYC.
Select 'Check Status/Download PAN' and enter your Aadhaar number.
Verify with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
Download the e-PAN PDF once verification is successful.
If your PAN was issued via Protean or UTIITSL, instead visit their respective portal, enter your PAN and date of birth, verify with OTP, and download from there.
Open the PDF using the standard e-PAN password (usually your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format).
