Log in to the Self Service Update Portal on uidai.gov.in using your Aadhaar number and OTP.
Select 'Update Address' from the list of demographic fields.
Enter your new address exactly as it appears on your supporting document.
Upload a clear scanned copy of the accepted address proof.
Submit the request and note the Update Request Number (URN).
Track the status using the URN until the update is approved.
