Apply for a Driving Licence

This covers getting your full (permanent) Driving Licence after you've held a Learner's Licence for the required period. It includes booking and passing a driving skill test at your RTO, which some states now conduct on automated tracks.

Step-by-step guide

On passing, your DL is processed and is often available for download as a DigiLocker/e-DL.
