Visit parivahan.gov.in and choose 'Driving Licence' > 'Duplicate DL'.
Enter your existing DL number and personal details.
Fill the duplicate DL application, stating the reason (lost or damaged).
Upload supporting documents, including a police complaint copy or affidavit as required by your state.
Pay the applicable fee.
Complete any in-person verification your RTO requires, then track and collect or download the duplicate DL.
