CoWIN is the government's platform for COVID-19 vaccination records in India. Anyone vaccinated through the programme can sign in with their registered mobile number to download their vaccination certificate, or raise a correction request if details on the certificate (name, year of birth, gender or photo ID number) are wrong.

Visit the official CoWIN portal (cowin.gov.in) and click Register/Sign In.
Enter your registered mobile number and verify with the OTP sent to it.
Once signed in, click Certificate and select Download Certificate next to the relevant person's name.
If any detail is wrong, use Raise an Issue against that person's record to request a correction, with supporting proof.
