Key national portals and directories.
The National Portal of India is the official gateway to central and state government information and services. Use it to discover departments, schemes and official service links across India.

RTI Online lets any Indian citizen file a Right to Information request with a Central Government ministry, department or public authority without visiting an office in person. It covers Central public authorities only — requests for a State department (like a state PWD office or municipal body) must be filed through that state's own RTI portal instead, not this central one.

CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) is the government's single online platform for citizens to lodge a complaint against any Central Government ministry, department or public authority, and track it through to resolution. It covers Central authorities directly; many states also link their own grievance portals through the same system.

MyGov is the Government of India's official citizen-engagement platform where people can participate in policy discussions, respond to surveys, take quizzes on government schemes, submit ideas for ministries, and follow updates on ongoing government initiatives. It's a two-way channel — not a service-delivery portal — meant to crowdsource public input and build awareness rather than process applications like Aadhaar, PAN or certificates.
